My order showed up in this really thin box with barely any protection inside, which was surprising. The actual watch box was dented and looked like it had been tossed around a bit, not exactly what you want to see when you’re paying good money. I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, but come on, a little padding would’ve gone a long way. Overall, it just felt careless and kind of cheap. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from hourscollection again if this is how they package things...
